Harvest
What better time to celebrate the bountiful harvests of our life than during Autumn? Apples are bursting from the trees, pumpkins are showcasing their warm orange glow, and leaves paint the world in vibrant colors.  As the the golden afternoon sunlight streams through the trees, it is an excellent time to appreciate the abundance of beauty in our lives.
It is easy to be grateful when things are going your way. It is a true sign of nobility to be grateful in hard times, when things are not going your way.  ~ Chief Phil Lane Jr.

Dear friend,

These tumultuous tender times of transition require a deepening of self-care.  When it feels like so much around us is crumbling, it is actually essential that we care for ourselves.  And care for each other. We are all going to need each other more than ever.  We need to nourish our souls so we can speak on behalf of those that need our voices and show up ever more fully as love.

Give yourself the gift of soul nourishment

so that your precious droplet

can create ever more

glorious ripples!

You will also receive my Gratitude Calendar with your purchase. I invite you to write 10 things you are grateful for in that calendar every day while you go through the workbook.

So go ahead, Beautiful, make yourself a warm cup of tea, snuggle up with your furry friend, and enjoy these Autumn offerings.  May they nourish your soul and warm your heart.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Love, Catherine

“Whenever my soul and the inmost chambers of my heart are filled with thanksgiving and gratitude it becomes filled with compassion, love, understanding, forgiveness, joy, happiness and oneness and there is no room for fear, hate, prejudice, revenge, jealousy, loneliness, disunity or separation from myself and other Members of our Human Family.”

~ Dakota and Chickasaw Elder and Spiritual Leader, Phil Lane Jr.
